This apprenticeship role is delivered by Robert Bosch Ltd. As a Sales Apprentice, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the sales process and enhance customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing all administrative and customer relations tasks within the sales department. Unless otherwise agreed, this apprenticeship will begin when our next intake starts in early 2027. While duties may vary slightly depending on the employer and the size of the company, typical responsibilities include: Customer Hospitality & Consultation Product Demonstration & Knowledge Supporting the Sales Process Vehicle Preparation & Handover Responding to customer inquiries and requests Aftersales Coordination Towards the end of the apprenticeship all candidates will be required to produce a high level project to improve and develop business needs. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 qualification.
