Job summary
An opportunity has for arisen for Clinical Support Workers to join the team on Ward 7 Furness General Hospital .
Ward is a 27 bedded busy Acute Respiratory and General Medical ward. We are a very friendly team, who pride ourselves on giving the best care to our patients.
We are looking for enthusiastic, diligent and motivated individuals with previous care experience and flexibility to work day and night shifts. You will receive structured appraisal, support and training.

Main duties of the job
Work in support of and under the direction of a Registered Nurse(RN) providing nursing care and assistance to patients within defined parameters specified by the registered nurse.
Direct patient care. Washing and dressing patients, mouth care, assisting with diet and fluids. Helping with toilet needs and mobility and prevention of pressure ulcers.
Giving patients high quality care and attention and ensuring patientsafety .
