Job Description
As a Later Living Carer, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps customers stay independent, safe and well in their own home. You will support customers to maintain their dignity, choice and wellbeing while building positive relationships that help people feel valued, safe and confident. A typical day might include supporting customers with daily routines, personal care, medication, mobility, nutrition, wellbeing and companionship, while working with colleagues and keeping accurate care records.
