Benefits Salary: £23,000 37 hours per week Half Day Fridays! * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Success share Plus many more flexible benefits! *Subject to completing full hours prior to this What you will be doing Assisting the PMO and Project Managers (PM) in the development and maintenance for the appropriate business management tools, other relevant methodologies, tools, templates, documentation and reporting to support the successful delivery of projects; Supporting the Head of PMO on delivery improvement workstreams and PM digitalisation. Maintaining and tailoring processes for Project Management as required by the business and developing / maintaining software tools to support the Business and Information Management Systems; Liaising with the PMO, Risk and Integrated Planning Managers to support the implementation of best practice Project and Risk Management across the business; Actively working on project plans, issue & change management logs, risk & opportunity registers, project management information & data gathering, milestone tracking & customer and other stakeholder monthly reporting to support the successful delivery of projects. Requirements In order to be eligible to this apprenticeship, you must have a minimum of: 2 A levels at C or above AND Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Mathematics and English Language Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following: An understanding of Project Management methodologies; Good written and verbal communication skills; Good organisational skills; Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel; Proficiency in the use of Google software; Experience of using databases is beneficial, but not essential; Apply Submit your CV stating your grades and if they are predicted or achieved ; Submit a Cover Letter highlighting your passion and suitability for this apprenticeship. GRADES: If you are on predicted grades, your offer will be conditional to achieving the position’s requirements before the apprenticeship start date. SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role. RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK: Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the programme.
