Communication Support Worker – Enhanced Resource Base (Autism)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Communication Support Worker to join our Autism Enhanced Resource Base. The successful candidate will support students on a 1:1, 2:1 or small group basis, helping them to develop effective communication, social understanding, emotional regulation, independence, and access to learning within both the ERB and mainstream school environment.
