Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Female Senior Care Assistant in South Kent , paying £16.10 – £19.55 per hour , to provide high-quality one-to-one care while helping maintain consistent standards across our care packages. This role combines hands-on, person-centred care with the added responsibility expected from an experienced member of the care team. Job description As a Senior Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare, you’ll remain closely involved in delivering care while acting as a positive example for other team members. You’ll understand the individual care plans, routines and clinical guidance in detail and help support consistency across our packages. Thisisamobilerole,requiring travel accross south Kent,providingessential supportwhereitisneededmost. Working independently andaspartofawidermultidisciplinaryteam,youwillplayakeyroleinensuringsafe,effective,andcompassionatecareisdeliveredtoeveryclient. Tobesuccessfulinthisrole,youmusthaveprevioushands-onexperiencewith PEG feedingand gastrostomy care, tracheostomy careand management, and ventilation support. AfullUKdrivinglicenceandaccessto your own vehicle is essentialduetothetravelrequirementsofthisposition. Shifts Typically 3- 12 hour day or night shifts, with optional overtime available.
