Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Female Senior Care Assistant in East Kent , paying £17.25 – £19.55 per hour , to provide high-quality one-to-one care while helping maintain consistent standards across our care packages. This role combines hands-on, person-centred care with the added responsibility expected from an experienced member of the care team. Job description As a Senior Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare, you’ll remain closely involved in delivering care while acting as a positive example for other team members. You’ll understand the individual care plans, routines and clinical guidance in detail and help support consistency across our packages. Thisisamobilerole,requiring travelbetween Whitstable,HerneBay,Thanet,Canterbury,andsurroundingareas,providingessentialovernightsupportwhereitisneededmost. Working independently andaspartofawidermultidisciplinaryteam,youwillplayakeyroleinensuringsafe,effective,andcompassionatecareisdeliveredtoeveryclient. Tobesuccessfulinthisrole,youmusthaveprevioushands-onexperiencewith PEG feedingand gastrostomy care, tracheostomy careand management, and ventilation support. AfullUKdrivinglicenceandaccessto your own vehicle is essentialduetothetravelrequirementsofthisposition. Shifts Typically10-12hourwakingorsleepingnightshifts with optional overtime opportunities.
