You'll be learning something new every day, developing your skills and building the confidence to become a great hairdresser. What you'll be doing: Welcoming clients and helping them feel relaxed and looked after. Shampooing, conditioning and preparing hair for different services. Getting involved in colouring, cutting, styling, finishing and braiding. Learning about the latest hair trends, techniques and professional products. Keeping the salon clean, organised and looking its best. Working as part of a team and developing your customer service skills. Putting your training into practice in the salon while attending Reflections Training Academy to develop your hairdressing skills. What you'll get out of it: You'll earn while you learn, gain real salon experience and work towards a nationally recognised qualification, all while doing something creative.
