Full Description: As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice at LINK Communication, you will support the planning, creation and delivery of marketing activity across a range of online and offline channels. LINK is a fast-paced experiential marketing agency, creating engaging brand experiences, promotional campaigns, sampling activity and live events for a range of well-known brands. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain practical marketing experience while working towards a recognised Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 qualification. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites and other digital and offline channels. Create engaging written and visual content for social media, company updates, case studies and marketing materials. Help maintain the company’s social media accounts and schedule content. Assist with updating website content and keeping information accurate and up to date. Support the promotion of LINK’s services, campaigns, achievements and job opportunities. Gather campaign information, images and results to help create case studies and award entries. Carry out market, competitor and audience research. Help maintain customer and prospect information within the company CRM system. Support email marketing activity and assist with building appropriate contact lists. Monitor the performance of marketing activity and help prepare basic reports. Work with colleagues across the Campaigns, Sales, Design and Production teams to gather content and promote the work of the business. Ensure marketing materials follow company branding and are accurate before publication. Keep up to date with marketing trends, social media platforms and new ideas that could benefit the business. Complete all apprenticeship training, coursework and assessments within the required timescales. Training and Development You will receive practical, on-the-job training alongside dedicated time to complete your Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship. You will be supported by your line manager, colleagues and apprenticeship training provider throughout the programme.
