Specialist Learning Support Assistant (Communication Support Worker) Hours: 35 per week, term time (38 weeks) Salary: £27,994 - £29,856 (FTE) | Actual: £22,193 - £23,669 About the Role We are looking for a passionate Specialist Learning Support Assistant (Communication Support Worker) to join our Inclusion Services Team. You will provide essential support to students with learning disabilities and/or difficulties across City College Norwich, Easton College, and Paston College. This role involves supporting students who require British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation, Additional Support (AS), and/or those with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
