Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3)- Sales & Mortgage

What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the sales and lettings teams with day-to-day activities Assisting with property sales from initial enquiries through to completion Booking and organising property viewings and site visits Conducting property viewings and meeting prospective buyers and tenants Assisting with property listings, marketing and online adverts Speaking with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants and responding to enquiries Supporting mortgage-related enquiries and liaising with mortgage advisers Helping clients understand the next steps in the sales and mortgage process Preparing tenancy agreements, sales documents and other property paperwork Updating property systems and maintaining accurate databases Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales and lettings process What You’ll Gain Practical experience in estate agency, property sales, lettings and mortgages A recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Valuable skills in sales, administration, customer service and property Experience communicating with clients and progressing property transactions Clear progression into roles such as: Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Lettings Negotiator Mortgage Adviser Property Manager What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Confident speaking to customers and building professional relationships An interest in property, sales and the wider housing market Confident using IT systems, Microsoft Office, email and databases Organised, reliable and detail-focused Motivated and eager to learn A team player with a positive attitude Ability to speak Punjabi Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) GCSE English Grade 4/C or above, desirable Why Apply?
