Youth Support Worker Location: Birkenhead, CH42 Salary: £27,999 - £29,428 per annum Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week We are recruiting for a Youth Support Worker to join a specialist residential service supporting young adults aged 16-30 . This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Youth Support Worker who is passionate about helping young people develop independence, confidence, and life skills. The Role As a Youth Support Worker , you will: Support young adults in line with their individual support plans. Encourage independence and develop essential life skills. Build positive relationships with young people and partner agencies. Support individuals with education, employment, training, and daily living goals. Safeguard young people and maintain accurate records. Contribute to support plans, reviews, and risk assessments. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Youth Support Worker , Support Worker, Residential Support Worker, or within a similar care setting. Understanding of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable young people. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A resilient, reliable, and compassionate approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Benefits £27,999 - £29,428 per annum. Fully funded Level 3 & 4 Health & Social Care qualifications.
