Support Worker - Nights

Support Worker Location: Wiltshire Pay: £13.50 per hour (Days) | £14.50 per hour (Nights) | £60 Sleep-In Rate We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join a supportive team within a 3-bedded residential care home supporting adults aged 66-75 . The service provides specialist support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Neurological Conditions (including Parkinson's Disease), and End-of-Life Care needs . The Role Provide high-quality personal care and support Assist with moving and handling, including hoisting Administer medication safely Support residents with social activities and community engagement Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing Use de-escalation techniques to support residents when required What We're Looking For Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, dementia, neurological conditions, or end-of-life care needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience providing personal care Knowledge of moving and handling procedures Positive, fun, and compassionate approach to care Ability to work well within a team Desirable Skills Moving & Handling / Hoisting Medication Administration First Aid De-escalation Techniques Person-Centred Care This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive organisation that values its staff and makes a genuine difference to people's lives.
