Ruthvenfield Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Support Worker to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.
From working with children and young people, to supporting the senior leadership team with administrative duties to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the school, the remit of the role is diverse with no two days the same.
The job family role profile is attached. The role may focus on some aspects more than others at different times of the year, but there would be an expectation of flexibility based on the needs of the school.
The successful candidate will support pupils across the school from P1 to P7, working alongside teaching and support staff to help children access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
The role will involve providing support to individuals and groups of children, promoting inclusion, nurturing positive relationships and contributing to a safe, welcoming and engaging learning environment.
As a small school, we are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive and committed to supporting all children to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping to ensure that every child feels valued, supported and included as part of our school community.
