Financial Analysis Support Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports, while developing an understanding of project financial management. Cost Control Support Help monitor project expenditures and commitments against approved budgets. Support the review of project progress and highlight any potential variances or trends to the team. Data Management Ensure project financial information is accurately entered and maintained within company systems, following established processes and procedures. Month-End Activities Support the team during month-end financial close activities, including reconciliations, revenue recognition processes, and reporting preparation. Reporting and Insights Assist in producing regular project performance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial summaries for internal stakeholders. Stakeholder Support Work with project teams and other departments to help maintain positive working relationships and support the resolution of financial and commercial queries. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with colleagues across Project Management, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Procurement to gain exposure to different business functions and support project delivery.
