The best part of working with Celestra is knowing that whatever the challenge, we will always find the best solution to fit, this is how we serve star solutions.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaboration: Work with the IT team and other departments to support overall IT operations.Software Installation: Assist with installing software across the business.Onboarding Support: Help set up new starters with access ID cards, laptops, mobile phones, and more.IT Support: Provide basic IT assistance and liaise with teams to support daily operations.Hardware Maintenance: Update and test equipment to ensure software installation supports business needs.Quality Control: Perform system and quality checks on hardware and software.
