Apprentice Chef

We are seeking someone that is enthusiastic and eager to learn. List of duties to include: Preparing and cooking food to a high standard. Learning basic cooking and preparation techniques. Assisting with breakfast, lunch, cakes and daily specials. Preparing and using fresh, local and farm-reared ingredients. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness. Stock rotation and storage. Helping with deliveries and kitchen organisation. Working as part of the kitchen and front-of-house team when required. Following food safety, health and safety and allergen procedures. Developing new skills and ideas as experience grows.
