You’ll work closely with colleagues and clients, helping with the day-to-day running of the office and developing your administration skills.As you gain experience and confidence, you’ll have the opportunity to become involved in additional legal support duties.What You’ll DoAnswer incoming telephone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate team members.Manage and distribute incoming post.Respond to emails promptly and professionally.Carry out general administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.Use in-house systems, databases and CRM systems to manage and organise information.Manage diaries and coordinate meetings for colleagues and clients.Respond to client enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.Assist with managing files and keeping information organised and up to date.Provide general administrative support to the wider team.Work with colleagues to complete administrative tasks efficiently.As your skills develop, take on additional legal support duties.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and keen to learn. You should be comfortable communicating with people and interested in developing your skills within a professional office environment.You’ll ideally have:Good written and verbal communication skills.Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook.Strong organisational skills.Good attention to detail.Good customer service skills.A professional and positive approach.The ability to work as part of a team.Initiative and willingness to learn.A patient and helpful approach.A positive growth mindset and willingness to develop new skills are important.RequirementsGCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or equivalent) – essential.Previous office or legal experience is not required.Training & DevelopmentYou’ll complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship alongside your role.As you develop your administration skills and knowledge, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and gain further experience within the legal sector.
