Your Role as a Female Support Worker:

• Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in a residential and community setting
• Encouraging independence with daily living tasks

Requirements:

• Aged 18 or over
• Right to work in the UK (no sp0ns0rship available)
• Minimum 6 months experience in a healthcare or support setting
• You must be female and be a driver with a full UK driving licence with your own vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
