Looking to kickstart your career in a digital role? This is an exciting opportunity to join Train'D Up as a Digital Enrolment Apprentice. You’ll play a key role in supporting learner onboarding and administration processes while developing valuable digital skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience using industry systems, working with learners and employers, and supporting compliance processes - all while completing your SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support. Responsibilities: Use and develop expertise in key digital systems including Aptem (Learner Management System), Walled Garden (exam booking and results platform), alongside Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and internal compliance tracking systems Train to become a super user of Aptem, ensuring learner onboarding workflows are completed accurately, records are maintained, and system data is kept up to date Act as a first point of contact for digital onboarding support, guiding learners through system tasks and resolving basic platform queries Work collaboratively across teams to maintain learner and employer data across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and compliance across platforms Support functional skills processes using Walled Garden, including exam bookings, registrations, resits, and results tracking Monitor and update learner progress across digital systems, ensuring key milestones such as inductions, assessments, and certifications are accurately recorded Assist with digital document management, including uploading, tracking, and validating employer agreements, compliance evidence, and onboarding documentation What we’re looking for: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Good attention to detail and organisation skills Basic IT skills (e.g. email, Word, Excel) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative Training & development: Fully supported SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support Dedicated learning time during working hours Ongoing mentoring and support from experienced colleagues Real-world experience in a growing training organisation Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Benefits: 20+ days annual leave + bank holidays Dedicated training and development support Clear progression opportunities within the business Friendly and supportive team environment Exposure to multiple digital systems and real business processes Opportunity for a permanent role upon successful completion Future prospects: 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
