About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. You will provide person-centred care, promote independence, and help maintain a calm and caring environment. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care and support to residents. Assisting with mobility and daily living activities. Supporting residents with their individual needs and preferences. Carrying out regular welfare checks throughout the night. Maintaining accurate care records and documentation. Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and independence. Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care. Responding promptly to resident requests and emergencies. What We're Looking For A caring, compassionate, and reliable individual. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. A genuine passion for supporting older people.
