About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their day-to-day needs, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will be part of a supportive team committed to providing outstanding care in a warm and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care and support to residents. Assisting with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility. Supporting residents with meals and hydration. Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and respect. Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns. Maintaining accurate care records. Contributing to a safe, caring, and supportive environment. What We're Looking For A caring, compassionate, and reliable individual. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. A genuine passion for supporting older people.
