About the Role As a Night Care Assistant, you will support residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity, and wellbeing. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care whilst promoting independence and maintaining a calm and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care and support to residents. Assisting with mobility and night-time routines. Conducting regular welfare and safety checks. Supporting residents with their individual needs and preferences. Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately. Maintaining accurate care records and documentation. Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and independence. Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care. What We're Looking For A caring, compassionate, and reliable individual. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
