About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their day-to-day needs, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. You will work as part of a supportive team delivering exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care and support to residents. Assisting with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility. Supporting residents with meals and hydration. Promoting dignity, independence, choice, and respect. Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting concerns. Maintaining accurate care records and documentation. Contributing to a safe, caring, and homely environment. What We're Looking For A caring, compassionate, and reliable individual. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. A genuine passion for supporting older people.
