About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care and support to residents. Assisting with washing, dressing, mobility, and daily living activities. Supporting residents with meals and hydration. Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and independence. Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns. Maintaining accurate care records and documentation. Contributing to a warm, welcoming, and person-centred environment. What We're Looking For A caring, compassionate, and reliable individual. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. A genuine passion for supporting older people.
