Layola Care Ltd Heathcare Assistants - Complex/Children Rochdale | Oldham | Bury Make a Difference Every Day Join our team and provide high-quality, person-centered care to children with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes. Your Role Provide 2:1 and 1:1 care in the child’s home Support daily routines and activities Build positive relationships with children and families Follow care plans, risk assessments & company policies Support behavioral and emotional needs Monitor and respond to seizures Assist with personal care and continence Administer medication & clinical procedures Record observations and report concerns Support mobility and physical needs Provide respiratory support Assist with feeding and nutrition What We’re Looking For Experience in complex care (pediatric preferred) Caring, reliable and patient individuals Strong communication and teamwork skills Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) Full UK driving license with business insurance (preferred) What We Offer Competitive pay Ongoing training & clinical support Flexible working patterns Career development opportunities Supportive team environment
