Salary £18320 per year Duration 18 months Advert opening date 25/08/2026 Advert closing date 18/09/2026 We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator apprentice to support our Sales, Lettings and Property Management teams, while gaining experience across all areas of a busy estate agency. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator apprentice to support our Sales, Lettings and Property Management teams, while gaining experience across all areas of a busy estate agency. Key Responsibilities: General Administration Answering calls, emails and greeting clients. General filing, scanning and document preparation. Updating and maintaining accurate CRM records. Managing keys, post, stationery and general office organisation. Providing administrative support to the wider team. Lettings Administration: Preparing APTs and tenancy documentation. Processing and chasing tenant/guarantor referencing. Assisting with Right to Rent checks and tenancy compliance. Arranging inventories, check-ins and other tenancy appointments. Preparing move-in documentation and maintaining tenancy files. Assisting with renewals, rent reviews and general lettings administration. Property Management: Logging maintenance issues and work orders. Liaising with and chasing contractors. Arranging inspections, inventories and check-outs. Monitoring and chasing Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, EPCs and other compliance documents. Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day administration. Sales Administration: Maintaining property and sales records. Preparing and uploading sales documentation. Assisting with property particulars and marketing. Supporting the team with sales progression administration. General administrative support to the Sales team. Marketing: Preparing and scheduling social media content. Assisting with property and company marketing. Preparing the company's monthly email newsletter. Creating and sending email marketing campaigns. Maintaining marketing databases and mailing lists. Assisting with leaflets, brochures and other marketing materials. Entry requirements HRUC will only consider those applicants that have already achieved GSCE at Grade 9-4/A-C Including Maths and English or the equivalent. Training to be provided Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus, completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
