IT Workshop Engineer Apprentice

Weekly Hours Worked: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pmDuties and Responsibilities Build and configure desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing customers.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security solutions.Support Microsoft Intune deployments, including device enrolment, policy configuration, application deployment, and endpoint management.Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments and associated endpoint technologies.Diagnose and resolve hardware faults on desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.Perform device imaging, provisioning, and asset tracking activities.Assist with IT projects, hardware refreshes, and technology rollouts.Maintain accurate and up to date records of all work completed.Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with company standards and security policies.Keep the workshop clean, organised, and well maintained, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.Take responsibility for the proper storage, handling, and management of equipment, tools, and stock within the workshop.
