Job Description
You will complement and support the role of teachers and other professionals by undertaking work, care and support programmes which enables access to learning in and out of the classroom for all students of all abilities. You will also support the SEND department in the management of students, with a range of teaching and learning experiences which deliver an appropriately differentiated and suitably challenging creative curriculum for all students whilst meeting statutory requirements. You will be responsible for the accelerated progress of our students, ensuring that they can access the curriculum we offer through regular support. You will be responsible for the personal care and accelerated progress of some of our most vulnerable students, ensuring that they can access the curriculum we offer through regular support and achievement. You will have a focus on one of the following key areas as part of the SEND Team: Literacy and Numeracy. You may, from time to time be required to undertake other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility defined in this job description
