Supervisor

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Supervisor to help deliver works on Northumbrian Water schemes in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate must have previous water industry experience and a strong civil engineering background. Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervising site operatives and subcontractors. Managing day-to-day site activities. Overseeing civil engineering works on water and wastewater schemes. Coordinating labour, plant and materials. Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance. Liaising with the Site Manager and project team. Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme. Monitoring quality and maintaining site records. Supervisor Requirements: Gold CSCS or relevant supervisory CSCS card. SSSTS or SMSTS. Previous experience working on water or wastewater schemes. Experience working on Northumbrian Water projects is desirable. Strong civil engineering background. Good understanding of RAMS and health and safety procedures.
