Candidate required: Movax Operator Job Type: Temporary Start date : 28/10/2026 Industry: Construction Trades Location: Edenbridge, Kent Rate of Pay: 20- 25 Per Hour Level of experience, qualifications & related training: Movax Operating Experience, CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Logo Duration required: 4 days Job description: Experienced Movax Operator required for a regional contractor. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Movax Operator to assist our client with a project based in Edenbridge, Kent. Own transport would be beneficial but public transport is available near this project. Daily responsibilities will include: Safely operate excavators fitted with MOVAX piling attachments. Install and extract sheet piles in accordance with project specifications. Position piles accurately and maintain the required line, level, and alignment. Carry out daily pre-start inspections and report any equipment defects. Work closely with piling supervisors, banksmen, slingers, and groundworkers. Follow site risk assessments, method statements, lifting plans, and safety procedures. Maintain safe working distances and ensure exclusion zones are respected. Monitor machine performance and report mechanical or hydraulic faults. Follow construction drawings and site instructions to achieve the required piling depth and positioning. Maintain good communication with site management and other plant operators. Keep the machine and attachments clean and in good working condition. Complete daily plant checks and operational records as required.
