We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly respected and well-established independent estate agency in Sheringham, North Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused property professional with strong sales and negotiation skills, looking to work with a quality property portfolio, build lasting client relationships and progress their career within a successful and supportive business. The Role As a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will: Register applicants and match them to suitable properties Arrange and conduct property viewings Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion Generate new business opportunities and secure property valuations Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process Provide expert advice on local market conditions and property values Work towards individual and branch sales targets Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling journey Represent the business professionally within the local community Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements Proven experience within residential estate agency Experience as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator or in a similar role Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills A proactive, ambitious and target-driven approach Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service Knowledge of the North Norfolk property market would be advantageous Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What's on Offer? £25,000-£28,000 basic salary, depe
