Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements. Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations. Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks. Working closely with design, commercial and pre-construction teams. Requirements Experience as an Estimator within fit-out, interiors or refurbishment. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What's on Offer?
