Architectural Technologist Location: Wakefield Salary: £34-38,000 I'm working with a well-established, award-winning multidisciplinary practice in Wakefield that is looking for a motivated Architectural Technologist to join its growing design team. Following several recent commissions, there is a varied workload across Residential, Education, and Industrial and Logistics schemes. The Role: Produce and coordinate technical drawings, schedules and specifications across RIBA Stages Support technical delivery across a range of sectors Coordinate information with consultants and contractors Develop BIM models from concept to completion on site Prepare and monitor planning and Building Regulations submissions Respond to site queries and RFIs Work with minimal supervision The Ideal Architectural Technologist: Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) Honours Degree, or HND/HNC/Apprenticeship with relevant experience Sufficient experience in a UK architectural practice Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and British Standards Experience of planning and building control Strong communicator, proactive and independent Full UK driving licence and access to a car What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Employee ownership with tax-free profit-share bonuses Supportive environment focused on your professional goals Varied, high-profile projects across multiple sectors To apply, please call Sophie on or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to
