Job Description
Our relief staff work on an ad-hoc basis when our permanent staff require cover. Sometimes requests are in advance but often work is at short notice to cover absence. Whilst flexibility is the key, we do understand that our relief team may have prior engagements - we respect this and always work in a mutually conducive way. We welcome applications from candidates who have experience working with students in early years, primary or secondary settings as well as those who may have transferrable skills from other related employment. We are looking for people who are: -Caring and compassionate - you genuinely want to make a difference. -Fun, enthusiastic and creative - you know that learning can happen in all sorts of ways. -Patient and resilient - you understand that progress is sometimes measured in small steps, and those steps deserve to be celebrated. -Flexible and adaptable - you can think on your feet and respond to individual needs. -Positive and encouraging - you help pupils believe in themselves and recognise their achievements. -Team players - you enjoy working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, families and colleagues. -Committed to inclusion - you believe every pupil deserves the opportunity to shine. If you are a caring, adaptable professional who thrives in a nurturing and pupil-centred environment, we would love to hear from you.
