Legal Secretary | US Law Firm | up to £55,000 Are you a passionate Legal Secretary with 2-5 years of experience looking for your next step with a global law firm? They're currently seeking a proactive and diligent Legal Secretary to join their London team! We are specifically looking to speak to professionals with 2-5 years of experience, who are looking to step up! What makes this role stand out: Fully office-based - ideal for someone who enjoys being visible and building relationships!Central London locationUp to £55,000 salary + excellent office benefits including free gym and daily barista station!Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 A collaborative team culture, friendly and supportive Key Responsibilities: Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetingsInbox management and correspondenceArranging domestic and international travelAssisting with billing, time recording, and expense managementOpening new client matters and maintaining recordsPreparing, formatting, and amending legal documentsLiaising professionally with clients and internal stakeholdersProviding administrative support to Partners and fee earnersWhat we're looking for: 2 - 5 years minimum experience as a Legal Secretary in a top City or US law firmCILEX or Secretarial diploma highly desired (but not essential)A positive, can-do attitude and a warm, professional mannerRobust, resilient and able to take strong directionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilitiesA team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment If you're an organised and motivated professional looking to join a highly respected firm where you can continue to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.
