This is a great opportunity to step straight into a busy front-of-house role. About the role: This is a hands-on Receptionist role supporting the wider team. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Providing outstanding guest and visitor experienceManaging meeting room bookings and troubleshooting scheduling conflictsHospitality duties, including organising refreshments/lunches and equipment checksHandling a high volume of calls and messages promptly and professionallyReporting and escalating any maintenance issuesMaintaining stock levels and presentation of front-of-house areasOther ad-hoc administrative support as requiredCandidate specification: Previous reception/front-of-house experience in a corporate environment essentialMust be available for the full booking, 9th - 12th November, plus a handover on the 6thConfident handling high call volumes/switchboardComfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook calendar managementProfessional, polished presentation and mannerReliable, punctual, and able to hit the ground runningStrong customer service focusCalm under pressure with good attention to detailAdditional information: Temporary booking, 9th - 12th November, with availability for the 6th for a handoverFully office-basedIf successful, the opportunity to support with further ad hoc cover in the futureThis is a great opportunity for a proactive, experienced Receptionist looking for immediate work in a busy, professional environment.
