Maternity Nanny / Day time support for Twin Baby Girls We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and professional nanny to care for our twin baby girls from December 2026 / January 2027 onwards (by which time the girls will be around 6 months old). Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (can be flexible but looking primarily for day support while my partner is at work) Location: Stoke Newington, London Position: Permanent, live-out Driving: Not required Our priority is finding someone with substantial professional experience caring for twins, ideally from the newborn/young baby stage, who is confident managing two babies independently and understands how their needs and development change as they grow. We are looking for someone who is warm, calm, nurturing, proactive and very safety-conscious, with excellent attention to detail. It is very important to us that our nanny genuinely gets to know each girl as an individual, reads their cues and adapts to them rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Key priorities •? ?Substantial twins experience, preferably twins under 12 months •? ?Strong newborn and infant experience •? ?Excellent knowledge of weaning and introducing solids safely •? ?Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate development activities •? ?Proactive with tummy time, floor play, reading, sensory play, outings and developmental activities during wake windows •? ?Genuinely up to date with current NHS guidance and evidence-based recommendations around feeding, sleep, weaning, development and safety •? ?Supportive and knowledgeable about breastfeeding, expressed breast milk and formula feeding •? ?Excellent at reading babies’ cues and adapting routines to the individual child •? ?Calm and confident when both babies need attention at the same time •? ?Very organised, observant and good at remembering and consistently applying each baby’s routines and preferences •? ?Comfortable following detailed care plans and instructions precisely •? ?Professional, reliable, discreet and collaborative with parents •? ?Able to take initiative and plan ahead around bottles, sterilising, naps, outings and the girls’ daily schedule •? ?Happy to help with light household tasks during genuine downtime Typical duties •? ?Sole-charge care of both babies during working hours •? ?Feeding, winding, changing, settling and naps •? ?Preparing bottles and sterilising equipment •? ?Supporting weaning as the girls approach that stage •? ?Planning age-appropriate developmental activities and outings •? ?Keeping track of feeds, naps and nappies where needed •? ?Baby laundry and keeping nursery/feeding areas organised •? ?Preparing changing bags and equipment for outings •? ?Light household help when the girls are sleeping and baby-related tasks are complete Required •? ?Significant professional baby/nanny experience •? ?Substantial twins experience strongly preferred •? ?Current Enhanced DBS •? ?Current Paediatric First Aid, including in
