Rate: Circa £450 per day (Umbrella CIS) Location: Norfolk Length of Contract: 6 months initially Start: ASAP Are you an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in subcontractor management and cladding works, looking for your next contract opportunity? We are looking for a Site Agent to join a major Energy infrastructure project in Norfolk, supporting the delivery of key construction packages over an initial 6-month period. This is a hands-on site delivery role, with a particular focus on managing subcontractors, coordinating multiple packages of work and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate must have previous experience managing subcontractors, including working under NEC contracts. You will work closely with the wider engineering, commercial and construction teams, contributing to collaborative planning sessions and ensuring subcontractors are effectively managed throughout delivery. Job Role Managing and coordinating subcontractors across multiple work packages. Taking responsibility for subcontractor performance, progress, quality and delivery. Managing subcontractor packages under NEC contracts. Overseeing and coordinating cladding works on site. Attending and contributing to collaborative planning and programme meetings. Monitoring site progress and ensuring works remain on programme. Coordinating upcoming activities with engineering, commercial and construction teams. Reviewing drawings, specifications, RAMS and construction documentation. Managing interfaces between subcontractors and resolving delivery issues. Ensuring works are completed safely and to the required quality standards. Maintaining accurate site records, progress reports and project documentation.
