Fire Door Joiner - Social Housing Location: Blyth Work: Fire Door Installation on Occupied Social Housing Properties We are currently looking for an experienced Fire Door Joiner to work on a social housing contract in Blyth . The role will involve working within occupied properties , carrying out the installation of fire doors to a high standard. As you will be working in tenants' homes, we are looking for someone who is experienced, professional and respectful when dealing with residents. Duties will include: Installation of fire doors and associated joinery Working within occupied social housing properties Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintaining a professional manner when working around tenants Following site and health & safety procedures Requirements: Previous experience installing fire doors Previous social housing or occupied property experience preferred Asbestos Awareness Manual Handling Working at Heights Face Fit certificate/test preferred If you do not currently have Face Fit, you must be willing to obtain one Relevant joinery experience/qualifications Ability to work professionally within occupied homes
