The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated teaching assistant to join a talented, creative and caring team of professionals. We are looking for someone who will: Support learning across the primary age range Have high expectations of children’s achievements and personal development Be able to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team Fully support the Catholic ethos of the school Have experience supporting children with SEND Be willing and able to support the inclusion of pupils with a range of needs, adapting approaches to meet individual learning, sensory and social-emotional needs Demonstrate patience, empathy and an understanding of strategies that support autistic pupils to thrive in school At St Marie’s we can offer: A warm and welcoming community A professional team of people who are dedicated, work as a team and are supportive.
