Estimator - Commercial Roofing Location: Walsall, West Midlands Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 D.O.E Benefits: Company Car + Pension Job Type: Permanent Full-Time About the Opportunity My Key Recruitment is working with an established and highly respected commercial roofing and cladding contractor based in Aldridge, Walsall, to recruit an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial and industrial roofing to join a successful business specialising in roofing refurbishment, replacement, repairs and maintenance across the UK. Our client has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality roofing and building envelope solutions, helping businesses maintain, improve and extend the lifespan of their existing properties. We're looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent commercial awareness and the ability to manage the estimating and tendering process from initial enquiry through to submission. You'll play an important role in securing new projects, preparing competitive tenders and supporting the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities as a Roofing Estimator: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, tenders and quotations for commercial and industrial roofing refurbishment, replacement, repair and maintenance projects. Review technical drawings, specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation. Undertake site visits and surveys to assess existing roof conditions, project requirements and potential challenges. Carry out detailed material take-offs, labour calculations and subcontractor cost assessments. Prepare competitive pricing for roof refurbishment, repairs, waterproofing, replacement and cladding works. Assess existing roofing systems and identify suitable refurbishment or replacement solutions. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and negotiate competitive rates. Ma
