The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join an established contractor delivering social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance works across Basingstoke and Farnborough. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams and the client, ensuring effective communication throughout the delivery of works to occupied residential properties. Working closely with Site Managers, operational teams and housing association representatives, the Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing resident enquiries, coordinating access arrangements, resolving concerns and ensuring residents are kept informed throughout the programme. This role requires someone currently working as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing, housing associations or a Decent Homes environment , with strong communication skills and experience supporting residents during refurbishment works. The position is ideally suited to candidates living within a practical commuting distance of Basingstoke or Farnborough.
