Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Estimator to join a well-established and growing construction contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and detail-focused professional to play a key role in securing and delivering construction projects across multiple sectors. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documentation, liaising with clients and suppliers, and supporting the successful delivery of profitable projects. Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Conduct site visits where required to assess project requirements.
