As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in managing the sales process from instruction through to completion. You will build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, conduct viewings, generate and negotiate offers, and ensure deals progress smoothly. Duties Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers. Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties. Arrange and conduct viewings, providing exceptional customer service. Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities. Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular client updates and ensure excellent communication throughout. Ensure offers are financially qualified, accurately presented, and confirmed in writing. Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth. Maintain accurate CRM records, including applicant details, feedback, and sales progression.
