We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to join a growing team, managing enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating transactions through to successful completion. The Role As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will: Manage incoming enquiries from prospective tenants and clients Conduct commercial property viewings Negotiate terms and secure new business Prospect for new opportunities and generate leads Build and maintain strong client relationships Progress transactions from initial enquiry through to completion Work proactively to achieve business and performance targets Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements: Strong background in commercial property Proven experience in lettings and property negotiations Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals Experience progressing transactions through to completion Strong customer service and communication skills Proactive, driven and commercially minded approach Professional working attitude What's on Offer? £38,000 - £45,000 basic salary, dependent on experience Performance-related bonus Excellent opportunities for career progression Full-time working hours Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
