Our client is looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Wanstead. Duties Registering, qualifying and managing prospective buyers and tenants Arranging and conducting professional property viewings Following up with applicants after viewings and negotiating offers Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants and applicants Proactively matching applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients throughout the sales and lettings process Identifying and generating new business opportunities to support continued growth Working towards and consistently achieving individual and branch targets Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entire customer journey Working collaboratively with the wider team to maximise opportunities and grow the lettings portfoli
