Previous estate agency or sales experience is not essential , as full training will be provided. Responsibilities As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, your duties will include: Carrying out canvassing and other activities to generate new business Coordinating and conducting property viewings Learning how to effectively market properties to attract prospective buyers Matching buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties Maintaining regular contact with clients and providing excellent customer service Learning how to negotiate offers and progress property sales Supporting buyers and vendors throughout the sales process, from initial offer through to legal completion Keeping accurate and up-to-date records Contributing to the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the branch The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Confident, personable and outgoing Enthusiastic and highly motivated Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed An excellent communicator with good people skills Professional and well presented Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload Keen to learn and develop a long-term career within estate agency Comfortable speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone Previous sales or estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential .
