The Role As a Lettings Consultant, you will: Liaise with prospective tenants to understand their requirements and circumstances Match applicants with suitable rental properties from the available portfolio Coordinate and conduct property viewings Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements Undertake property valuations and present the company's services to prospective landlords Conduct periodic property inspections Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the telephone Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Lettings Consultant Requirements Previous experience in property, estate agency, or lettings is advantageous, but not essential Confident, professional communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Positive, enthusiastic, and competitive approach Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment IT proficient, including Microsoft Office packages Quick to learn new systems and processes Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) What's on Offer? £24,000-£25,000 basic salary, depending on experience Uncapped commission structure Realistic OTE of £28,000-£32,000 Full training and ongoing professional development Structured career progression opportunities Full-time or part-time working opti
