Fixed Term 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN) 27.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year Salary NJC Grade C, SCP 6-7. £26,847- £27,274 FTE The successful candidate will need to: Be an excellent and creative practitioner. Have an excellent understanding of phonics and early writing. Have high expectations of learning and the ability to adapt provision to meet individual needs. Have a good understanding of positive behaviour strategies. Be an effective team player with a calm and patient approach. GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent is essential.
